Question 1: Why do I have to fill up in the membership form all the information and what should I fill under Business?
Answer: We collect information about Swegon Air Academy members for the statistical purposes. As a Business field you can fill up your occupation or company name or type of industry you work in. (i.e. “engineer” or “Name of your company”).
Question 2: I have signed up to become a Swegon Air Academy member and I have received an email with login information. Where can I edit my information details?
Answer: Your information details can be changed once you are logged in the system. You may at any time update you registered details or remove them.
Question 3: I would like to download the presentations from year 2010 and prior. How can I access it?
Answer: You can access all the presentations prior year 2010 if you are logged in. Go to login, fill up your login details and once logged in, click on the logo of Swegon Air Academy in the left corner and select “Visit the site”.
Question 4: I have commented on the news but my comment has not appeared on the website. Why?
Answer: Your first comment needs to be approved by administrator. After this, you will be able to comment freely. Please remember to use appropriate and suitable language when commenting.
