Anne Kathrine Frandsen

Anne Kathrine Frandsen, architect, Ph.D. and researcher at the Danish Building Research Institute, Department of Construction and Health, Aalborg University, Denmark

Anne Kathrine Frandsen is a researcher studying the therapeutic potential of architecture. She is one of the main authors of the report ‘Healing Architecture’, a comprehensive scientific literature review of the impact of the physical surroundings on patients´ healing, including the architectural significance for reducing stress and optimizing comfort for patients, their families and staff.
