Jurģis Zemītis, Riga Technical University, Latvia
Jurģis Zemītis has received a doctorate in engineering from the Riga Technical University at the Institute of Heat, Gas and Water Technology in 2015. Since 2011, he has been active in research work specializing in areas such as indoor air quality, humidity control, energy efficiency, ventilation and thermal engineering.
Jurģis is an author of more than 30 articles. He has won the REHVA Award for his work as of 2016/2017: Best New Scientist of the Year. In addition to his scientific work, he has worked for 10 years as a design engineer for building projects, developing sections of the project AVK, UK, UKT.
Over the past couple of years, he has gained experience in designing BIM in the Revit environment.
