Marian Rubik, Ing., Dr., Department of Air Conditioning, Warsaw University of Technology and Heating, Poland

Since 1998, Marian Rubik has been the chairman of the Technical Committee for the District Heating, Heating and Ventilation PKN, and from 2011, he has been the chairman of the Scientific Organization Programme for the Development of Polish Heat Pump Technology. The main areas of Marian´s professional and scientific expertise are in air-conditioning cooling techniques, the use of heat pumps, the use of heating systems during summer to supply cooling to air-conditioning devices, the reliability refrigeration devices, the rational use of heat, cold and electricity, intensification exchange processes of heat and mass transfer in refrigeration and air conditioning, and unconventional sources of heat and energy.
