Today there is a good knowledge in the industry to save energy through various measures in homes and commercial premises. However, lacking a holistic approach in many projects, i.e. of the total collaborative benefits of all the actions. This requires that there is one actor who is responsible for energy issues, an energy coordinator. In the current situation many projects are build to reduce energy consumption, but the overall view is often missing, which means that the intended result is not achieved. Through this project, this role has been clarified.
The monitoring shows that energy consumption corresponding BBR requirements (electricity + heat) already measured at 37 kWh per square meter per year and the total energy purchased (energy + business energy) measured 75 kWh per square meter per year. This means that the energy goal of Green Building requirement of 75 kWh per square meter per year, including business electricity are met.
