On March 17th, 2016 Swegon Air Academy will organize a seminar on “Road to nZEB and hospital ventilation – simulations and new standards” (link to the seminar). Our lecturers will be:
Risto Kosonen, “Technical solutions and monetary value of nZEB. Risto Kosonen is Professor is in the area of HVAC technology at Aalto University where the focus is on indoor climate and building systems as well as energy efficiency in buildings. He has performed research on HVAC systems for more than 25 years. An important part of his research work has been the development of energy efficient advanced HVAC systems aiming at improving occupants’ health, comfort and performance in commercial buildings and industrial premises. Prof. Kosonen has more than 200 scientific publications.
Mika Vuolle, “Conditions – Energy simulations and an almost zero-energy buildings”. Mika Vuolle is currently Equa Simulation Finland Oy’s Managing Director. Previously he has worked as a researcher and teacher at the University of Technology of HVAC technology. He has also been a change researcher at the University of Technology in Stockholm and has been involved in the Swedish IDA projects since 1996. Mika has also worked in the Ministry of the Environment over-engineer and project manager for Indoor Air Association. Mika is known as one of the preparation of the 2012 total energy of the provisions of the participant in a consultant, together with the Research Professor Miimu Airaksinen, as well as one of the IDA Indoor Climate and Energy software developer.
Jukka Vasara, “The hospital ventilation standard development“. Master of Science Jukka Vasara is Granlund Kuopio Oy’s Managing Director. He has been responsible for a number of demanding laboratory, hospital and cleanroom HVAC design projects. DI Hammer is involved in Finland’s representative in the standard preparation of the working group TC156WG18 Ventilation in hospitals.
Petra Vladykova Bednarova, “Demand controlled ventilation – case study on comfort and energy”. In 2011, Petra completed her doctoral studies at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) focusing on the use of the passive house concept in a cold climate. Currently Petra is employed as a Manager of Swegon Air Academy, Swegon AB, where she oversees the organization of worldwide seminars and webinars, and publications on ventilation, energy and indoor climate. Petra is also supervising projects on different building case studies such as monitoring and energy analysis.
